Superbalist is Trash

I returned shoes that I bought from them in December, I am still waiting for it even now. Every time I follow up, this is the response I get:

The turnaround time is generally 24 to 48 hours but I will treat the situation as a matter of urgency as I do understand what a strenuous process this has been for you.

I will do my utmost best to carry some of that weight. As soon as I’ve received feedback I will provide you with an update.
