Superbalist is the worst

I have given this online store so many changes to redeem itself. Orders take more than 2 weeks for delivery. Just before delivery they cancel items without informing you and conveniently forget to refund you the money. When you query then it's a 3-5 day wait for the refund. We do not take 3-5 days to pay,, we have to pay immediately. Called and spoke to Nelly( who cant share her last name so we are not sure if this her real name) at the contact centre who basically told me that she cant help as the orders come from different places. Further she couldn't help with the refund or cc me in the mail to the accounts department because its actually not and email but a system so basically she helped with nothing. After spending hundreds of thousands with a terrible company I am now done. Please give me my money and I will never use the service again.
