Superbalist is terrible with orders

I wouldn't even give this company one star if I had the option! I ordered a uk7 trail running shoe 2 weeks ago and a uk 11 arrived. After being on hold with the call centre for over 30min and being cut off 3 times I was finally able to log a return. 7 days later my return has arrived and once again the same uk11 was delivered and not the UK 7 as I had ordered. I have now had to log a return for the second time and will once again have to wait for pick ups and deliveries. The call centre agents do not seem at all bothered or cared. I have emailed them, sent them Facebook messages and now this is a last resort to hopefully get the size I have ordered. This was the first time I've ordered form them and will probably be my last!
