SUPERBALIST is Refusing to acknowledge a blunder with the exchange

I'm battling to understand how does it happen that I return two items as shown in the pictures, but I'm told that there were denims returned instead. All I'm sensing is that my money was taken & I have to pay for an item I didn't receive.

* I didn't order blue jeans (that were miraculously returned) * I don't even own a pair of blue jeans

Its very insulting to be told that there were wrong items returned - when I did everything in my power to accommodate this order considering it was meant to be three items (that ended getting delivered on separate days)
