Superbalist is not reliable on big items

I've had the worst experience when it comes to bigger items. I've always received great service on my small items but I ordered a couch a week ago and only found out on the day of the expected delivery that it was canceled and was promised a refund that I'm still waiting for. a week ago I place another couch order and I received an SMS indicating that it'll be delivered today, it wasn't and there was no communication until I checked online only to find that my delivery has been delayed and delivery will be rescheduled.
