Superbalist is horrific!

This is the second encounter ever with Superbalist and my experience is just DREADFUL! this first order placed eventually being cancelled, thought why not give them another chance. The driver on the day asks me to call him back? he was then at the wrong address??? the address was marked correctly on the waybill. he was rude and abrupt. its been a week and i still await my parcel with no indication of when it will arrive as i keep hearing different excuses at the call centre. Current update: the parcel has not been handed over to the new courier service??? why does it even need a new courier service?? i am disgusted. worst online store by far. received my parcels from cotton on as well as runway sale the very next day when all of this was ordered on the same day. rather take a backseat superbalist
