Superbalist is a ****,worst experience ever

Worst experience ever,I ordered 5 items and only received 4 and I called their customer care immediately,they promised to investigate and get back to me,to my worst surprised,I received an email saying that the investigation is completed and they can confirm that everything was packed and delivered,their customer service agents are so useless, I even demanded to be transferred to a manager but they refused,they insist that I received everything even though I didn't,so frustrating to be treated like a *****,what will I do with the same item if I am claiming that I didn't receive it

I even demanded for a footage where it shows all 5 items being packed and delivered but they refused saying it was against their policy,on my site I honestly received 4 items instead of 5 but they insist that they delivered everything,I have since lodged a complaint to National Consumer Commission,I hope they investigate them,they are such a ****
