Superbalist is a ****

I ran out of ways to get my refund. I ordered an item in November 2021 and delivery was scheduled for the 17th of November 2021. Subsequent to ordering the delivery date changed to a week later when I would not be available at the delivery address. I contacted the support email to request an address change and was informed it would not be possible to change an address but I should wait until I get the "out for delivery" email and contact them again to request an cancellation as this would be the only time a cancellation would be able to be logged. I received the "out for delivery" email on the 18th of November and requested the cancellation. The cancellation was done on the 18th November and all was good. I was informed to wait 10 days for my refund. Days later I contacted the support team again since the refund was not done and was informed that I was not entitled to a refund as the order was delivered. The order on my side had been cancelled and the delivery address I had given was for a guesthouse thus I have no idea who received the order if it even got delivered. I have since been ignored in the emails and calls to Superbalist as they are to this day escalating the matter. Your service is horrible and a ****. I paid for something that I never received. Your treatment towards customers make me regret buying from you and will not be making that mistake again in the future.
