superbalist is a ****. I bought a jean last week, unfortunately it does not fit me properly so I requested an exchange. I selected Unit 4 Parow Business Park, Jean Simonis St, Parow, Cape Town as the pick up point. i went there on Friday to drop the jean but they told me they could not locate the order or request. I left and then later received a message saying they could not collect my stuff. the exchange was rescheduled to Monday 03 December yesterday. i called the call centre in the morning they confirmed driver is on his way to parow to collect and I had to rush to parow , wasting my petrol. got there and was told they don't have this request but they asked me to leave it there and will give it to the driver when he arrives. later yesterday i received stupid SMS saying the driver could not collect. how the ****? the jean is at your branch but you telling me driver could not collect. I'm you did not expect me to wait whole day at the branch because the stupid drivers don't even call . I have now sent an email requesting for a refund. I'm not buying from them again
