Superbalist is a ****mer

Superbalist has become one of the worst online stores. They don’t want to refund me my money back due to their own administration team mistake. I placed an order on the 21st Feb and received notification on the 22nd that it’s ready for collection. Then on the 23rd Feb. I get an email saying my order has been cancelled because my order has been at my pickup point for more than 7days. What nonsense is that? Now that they have to refund my money back they telling me stories saying I collected the order. Funny thing is they did refund my money back to my wallet then took it back the next day again. And for what. They are starting to **** people now.
