Superbalist is a joke!

What a joke! I ordered items on the 24th July and got notification that I would receive items on the 30th July. The 30th came and went, instead of receiving my items, I got an email asking me to review the items that I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED! I sent an email to their support and didn’t receive any assistance. Please can I have my refund because you are clearly unable to deliver what I ordered. And no! I don’t want a voucher. Just my money.
