Superbalist is a joke

I placed an order on the 25 February 2023. R1416 went of my account.package was delivered on the 8 March.sizing was incorrect and I logged a return on the same day(Friday).package was collected on Monday morning and I was sent an e-mail saying that I will be refunded in 3-5 days.it is now the 25th of March 2023 and I have still not been refunded.I have been in contact with numerous people(Ashley.s and Ethel .h) who are fashion assistants and who have nothing to do with accounts and refunds.I thought that Superbalist was a professional company but I was wrong.my advise to people who want to buy of the Superbalist site rather spend your money elsewhere.Superbalist is a joke
