SUPERBALIST IS A DAMN ****

The worst customer experience EVER .

I ordered sneakers from the shop. When they got here, they were unfortunately small. I immediately lodged a request to have them returned & exchanged. They sent me the day and time for when collection would occur. When the day came, with no explanation, no one pitched for the collection. Long story short, the collection guy came 2 DAYS LATER.

Fast forward to today, i received an email from these people saying my takkies cant ne exchanged bc they are dirty. HOW ?? I made sure that they were still in good condition before they were collected. I am shocked & fuming. Superbalist is a ****.
