Superbalist is a ****

I bought an item (14/06)that was shown to be in stock .Past delivery date ,I made a follow up and found that there won’t be a delivery because the item was not in stock even though it appeared so .I requested a refund and sent banking details as required and it’s been almost 3 weeks and I have not recieved it and everytime I send an email they tell me the refund is in process . Yesterday when I emailed again I was told the money was refunded into my Superbalist wallet . This was not an agreement and I would probably not use Superbalist ever again .I just want my money so I can delete the app .

Is this how they run business .make ppl order things knowing very well that they won’t deliver them .place the money into the Superbalist wallet so you have no choice but to do business with them . Sick !
