Superbalist is a ****

Superbalist is such a **** with a lot of unprofessional agents. I bought 2 pairs of sneakers worth more than 3200. I received one pair with no positive explanation, all they say is that they are busy investigating the matter while they have claimed to have delivered 2 pairs. They are refusing to refund me nor replace my missing pair ****mers as they tell me they are still going through cameras which is not my responsibility as a customer. Your service sucks and your products are not worth value for money.
