Superbalist is ****!!

I bought a bag and paid using Payflex. I returned the bag and requested a refund, not knowing that Superbalist would play me dirty. They sent a message saying they’ll refund me and the money would appear in my account within 5 days. Nothing. Payflex is still debiting me for an item I do not have because Superbalist has not yet canceled the order on their side so that Payflex can refund me for two instalments and stop the payment plan. I tried calling, mailing, social media communication with them, NOTHING. I am beyond upset and disgusted by their lack of honesty and communication.
