SUPERBALIST I WANT MY ORDER

I am really disappointed by them I bought a sneaker on the 7th and it was scheduled for delivery on the 12th December. Every morning I will get a message that it is out on delivery, and then in the afternoon I will get a message that it is rescheduled Same thing again the next day. I called on Thursday I was told that if the driver has not arrived as it is out on delivery, I must send an email by 2pm. I did that still no order. I just went online now as I wanted to change it for collection, the status has now changed to delivered. I DID NOT RECIEVE MY ORDER
