SUPERBALIST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've received the worst customer service in my entire life from this company, they delivered the incorrect shoe twice , how is that even possible? I spoke to the supervisor yesterday and she promised that that they would come and fetch it yesterday, it's the next day and nothing has happened so far, I've received no calls or messages or anything I've been ignored, in total I must've spent over an hour on the phone from all the times I've called them which is money from my own pocket wasted that I won't get back. How can one take action against this pathetic customer service and treatment of customers????????
