Superbalist has Deteriorated

I am so annoyed with Superbalist right now. Firstly they cancel one of the items in my cart the day before delivery, and then today when the package arrives its the wrong freaken size and I must now go through the hassle of logging a return. I really can't deal with such incompetence. Superbalist standards have really dropped. My refund for the cancelled item hasn't even been credited to my account.
