Superbalist has become pathetic

Worse online shopping experience. Superbalist use to be really good in terms of service and process. After adding an item to my shopping cart, which was the last available one, we moved on to the payment and due to system errors which we realised after using several cards was an error on superbalist side. Eventually it took us back to the homepage and all our items were gone and subsequently sold out.

Pathetic service again and again and to no resolve from customer care.
