Superbalist has a horrible service!

I am enough with superbalist and their extremely poor service. I bought lipsticks on the 06 Feb till today I have not received my order. I complained last week and they promised to deliver on Monday the 22 Feb . I don’t understand my I should beg this people to deliver my order that I have full paid for. The only thing that they are good at is to send empty promises email.
