Superbalist Going The Extra Mile

I would like to thank Superbalist and their Concierge Team for handling my complaint with both professionalism and courtesy. To say that I was not happy with my purchase is an understatement. However I am glad to report that Superbalist were more than fair with me and within a week of the purchased product being returned to their warehouse for inspection, I was reimbursed. <br> In this day and age when customer service seems to be dwindling at a faster rate than I can add items to my online cart, I would like to thank Robyn Van Staden for the efficiency with which my complaint was handled. Continue the excellent work and I will continue shopping.
