SUPERBALIST gives you the worst online shopping experience

Superbalist has given me THE WORST online shopping experience EVER, twice in a row. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. I ordered a pair of boots and they delivered the wrong size.I then queried how the stock item could possibly have been incorrect. When I returned the boots, they told me that the size I wanted was out of stock and that I should add the size I wanted to my waitlist and when it came back into stock, I could place a new order. (No follow up to be done on their part)After two weeks, I was sent a notification and reordered the boots only to receive the same incorrect sized pair. Instead of offering a solution they dragged me through the same lengthly refund process and in the end offered a 20% promo discount that had to be used before the end of the month.Their calls are not recorded and they will never put you through to any managerial staff. Superbalist is a waste of time.
