Superbalist ghosted me

I placed an order on the 29th of January and unfortunately my address was somehow auto corrected to a Cape Town code, then on the 3rd of feb it was out for delivery and that’s when I was notified by the driver that my address said Cape Town🤦🏾♀️ I immediately contacted Superbalist via instagram and the online service to try fixing my address to date I have been promised it will be delivered with in 3 days and it’s now the 3rd week even on email I am no longer being answered 🤷🏾♀️ last person I spoke to was Yandiswa in the 12th and I tried emailing her for a follow up she hasn’t answered me to date…
