SUPERBALIST ENJOYS SENDING YOU USED PRODUCTS

Think twice before ordering from Superbalist. Their customer care has gone to the dogs! I've been a loyal supporter for over 6 years, but after they sent me an American Tourister suitcase which had VERY CLEARLY been used (the lock code had already been set, there were scuff marks all over the suitcase, the wheels were faulty and there was even FOOD AND HAIR inside the suitcase), I have lost all my respect for them. They should be absolutely ashamed for sending a product in such a disgusting state! Customer service agents aren't interested in resolving the problem (I needed the suitcase for travelling within the week) and offer fickle apologies. No one will accept responsibility. Looking at other Hellopeter reviews, it would seem like this isn't the first time Superbalist has pulled something like this.
