Superbalist Empty Box - No Reply to Complaints

Ordered Nike trainers from Superbalist for an event; sealed box delivered to my home, accepted by girlfriend’s father while at work. Opened it myself to find it completely empty, no tampering evident aside from the bottom sides open slightly I reported immediately with all details. Received disrespectful responses implying my fault and account suspension threats—ignoring CPA protections Sections 55-56 hold supplier liable for delivery failures. Followed up formally on Dec 10 citing CGSO precedents for empty package refunds- zero reply in 48+ hours. This is unacceptable service from a major retailer. Expecting full refund/replacement; escalating to CGSO/NCC if unresolved. Others: document everything and know your rights!
