Superbalist drops its standards

So, Superbalist, I really enjoyed shopping with you online, until this week.

I was so looking forward to my order arriving, however when it did it was the wrong order.

Yes, I get it, mistakes are made, however there is a huge difference between a kids face mask and a, pair of flip flops. Don't think I will be buying from you again. I just don't have that trust in you any longer.
