Superbalist dropping the ball...Over it!!

Superbalist is dropping the ball. Had such a ****ty experience with two orders cancelled in one week, just like that. From the Superbalist call center to the Rivonia branch to the uncouth drivers. Being harassed by drivers for directions and calling the call center to make sure my orders are delivered to the right place, also notifying them when not in the office. Over it, agh!
