Superbalist don't wanna give back my money back

On the 27th of November I ordered at superbalist online, I made the payment on the 28th of November on the machine since the banks were close. By the time I was depositing i mistakenly write the wrong reference number. I notify them about the mistake I made, then they asked me to send the proof of payment of which i did. After some days i made a follow-up , they asked me another proof of payment of which I also did sent it. Their after they asked me to sent them banking details , I did sent them banking details . Today they sent me an email asking another proof of payment.

I know i made a mistake with reference number, now I feel like they don't want to give back my R1500 and I'm feeling hurt.
