Superbalist don’t deliver. Poor service

I’m so disappointed with this company and To think that every month without fail im buying something from superbalist yet I still get below average service. It’s not the first time that I purchased something and it’s not delivered. My order ***4 was supposed to be delivered 5th September and till today nothing received. I called on the 7th and 12 September to say I don’t want the order anymore I just want my refund and till today no refund has been processed and not even a curtesy email nothing 😥
