Superbalist doesn't take customer complaints seriously

I bought shoes from superbalist, I logged a return because the shoes did not fit. They sent me a confirmation that the shoes will be collected in December. No one arrived to collect the shoes.

I called again in January, they sent me a confirmation that the shoes will be collected but once again no one showed up.

I received an email saying your return is cancelled, I called again and I was told the matter would be escalated.

I am just tired of dealing with Superbalist, they not taking me seriously as customer.

Now I know never to do any shopping with them
