SUPERBALIST DOESNT REFUND MONEY FOR ORDERS THEY CANCELLED!!!

I placed an order on superbalist on the 25th October. The FULL amount went off my credit card immediately. A few hours later I get an email that they have cancelled my order. On enqurying why, they mentioned that there was no stock at the JHB warehouse and I should replace the order to change the deivlery dates and they will refund my order in FULL.

Its going onto week 4.. after 5 phonecalls I haven't received my money back and nobody can tell me why. I keep getting passed on and saying it will be sorted out. I finally receieved a payment on the 16th November, the payment was only for HALF of the amount that came of my card for the original purpose.

I don't understand why superbalist is making it so difficult to refund me my full amount. I am a regular customer and I will never be buying from you again
