Superbalist doesn’t deliver

Superbalist is so disappointing when it comes to delivery. I ordered these items thinking that they were going to be delivered on 21/05/2024 but who ever the delivery driver was decided to not deliver deliver my items. These are items that I was supposed to take with me to Durban as I’m flying to Durban today. So then I got an sms saying my things won’t be delivered then I called superbalist to make sure to deliver those items before 7pm. The agent who assisted my on my call assured me that my order ***9 would be delivered. I’m actually so upset at this organisation’s incompetence. To think I’m always buying from them yet they can’t stick to their own schedule
