Superbalist does not care about their customers.

I am so disappointed at Superbalist for ignoring me after sending an enquiry (ref no #***6) about my order no #***3 that was untraceable when l tried to track it.Out of 4 items that l ordered,only one (a top) got delivered. Instead of Superbalist trying to help me,they decided to change the status of my order as delivered,after an hour or two of me sending the enquiry. I then responded (ref no #***8) to the email that stated my order as having been delivered,asking them how could they say it has been delivered without me receiving the rest of my items. I have since been ignored by Superbalist. I am so disappointed in them.
