Superbalist do not respond to support tickets

After placing an order, I submitted a support request to Superbalist for some clarification around the delivery date and some other details. I never received a response. The request was first submitted on 4 Feb 2015. I followed up on 6 Feb - two days later. I still haven't heard anything back - 12 days later. This was my first order through Superbalist. I am incredibly disappointed and doubt I will be placing another order with them.
