SUPERBALIST DISGUST

After several emails to Superbalist they finally answered my question about the crocs sizes.

They have kids5 and in the same selction group they have UK5. I emailed wanting to know what the difference is between kids5 and UK5. They then confirmed that kids5 is for kiddies and uk5 is for adults or older kiddies that wears adult shoe sizes. Made sense and i then ordered UK5 for my older daughter for her birthday which she was soooo excited about. I specifically made sure via the email that uk5 is right. To my suprise today i get a delivery from superbalist via take alot and the shoe i recieved was smaller than my hand. its like a sample shoe. What do i do now, its my daughters birthday i feel like a failure because i dont have what i promised her all because of superbalist. She is going to have a terrible birthday because the refund will only take a week or two. Very disgusting Superbalist and unprofesional . You can mess with me but not my daughter on her birthday thats just not cool. IM BEYOND DISSAPOINTED.
