Superbalist Disaster

Ordered a bikini top over 2 months ago, arranged for it to be returned, collected it. A couple of weeks later got same delivery back. Called to arrange another delivery, till this day no refund. They don't make any effort in getting this sorted everyday they have another excuse. Terrible terrible experience. Would not encourage anybody to order anything from them online as refund process is absolute nightmare.
