Superbalist Delivery Nightmare

Ordered items pre Black Friday for delivery at personal address .Order was cancelled and items re ordered due to items being high jacked.Waited on items to be delivered only to see notes when tracking my orders on their app that ‘there was no receipient at the adress to receive the order’ while personally I was there four days in passing awaiting delivery.Order was cancelled due to no delivery but I can confirm delivery was not even attempted.i was the given an option to re order items at full Pricing after order got cancelled.Marketing **** from a reputable Online company such as Take a lot Group.Worst customer and delivery service ever received....
