Superbalist Delivery

I have never in my life experienced such bad service. I understand it is lockdown and people worked remotely. The issue is your staff does not respond in time! I placed an order which was a birthday gift, when it had to get delivered on 24 May the driver phoned and was at the wrong address - not my problem as you have delivered to my correct address before. It then got scheduled for the next day - AGAIN no delivery. After 17h00 someone phoned and asked for my address and realised they were in Menlyn and my house is not in the area. They sent it to the correct branch for delivery and it was supposed to come on the saturday AGAIN nothing. I have enquired so many times and then I just get a response that they will get back to me and they never do! Today I sent email upon email, send a DM on facebook and now all of the sudden two items are being delivered and I have been refunded for the rest. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM SUPERBALIST!!!! I am so angry and upset I cannot even start to tell you! What was supposed to be my birthday gift is no an absolute disaster! Thank you very much for that! I will definitely think 10 times before I buy from you again and will definitely not recommend Superbalist! What an absolute let down and disappointment!!!
