Superbalist delivers late, and delivers incorrect packages. Not dependable

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, the order was meant to arrive in 2 separate packages 5 days later. Not only were both my parcels extremely late. I have still not received the one parcel containing the stuff i ordered. I have received someone elses order. After numerous attempt to get this resolved, calls and emails from myself to superbalist, I have still not received my items. THAT I HAVE PAID FOR. This is the first and last time i would use there services. I am now short on money that was already paid for items not received. The items ordered were for a birthday and christmas function. I have now not given the children their birthday presents, and if no delivery by tomorrow morning, the children will not get their christmas gifts either. And this is heart sore watching others get their gifts and not your children. Worse service i have ever experienced. Still no refund, or orders, or feedback.
