Superbalist delaying to refund me

Superbalist was meant to refund me, and the agreement was that the money would be paid to my bank account within 1-5 days. It hasn't been paid. I had to call today to find out where the problem is. After I have called, I was told that I might have provided the wrong branch code, of which my bank has 1 branch code, and no one wants to admit that the details I provided are correct
