Superbalist customer support totally unreachable

I am very disappointed on this one. The number of my unit on my address is wrong, there is no possibilities to change it myself on the website, it is required to contact superbalist. I have sent several emails, sent the contact us form several times, called many times since 2 days.... absolutely zero answer, no contact possible with superbalist. This is really annoying, I have an order scheduled for tomorrow and I have no clue how to fix the problem.
