Superbalist Courier Delivery Terrible

First time purchasing from Superbalist. Love the clothing but their delivery/courier service is terrible. I bought a clothing item as a gift. MRD Express tried delivering on 04 April 2018. They called to rearrange delivery for the 06 April 2018 (the agreed upon date for someone to be at home to collect ). Thinking I would be getting my purchased item on the scheduled date, I was happy.

Then I get a call from Superbalist on the morning of the 06 April , saying no delivery was scheduled for the 06 April and now it is rescheduled for the 09 April. Such an inconvenience as I now have to arrange for a neighbour to collect on my behalf when MRD Express had told me that it would be delivered on the 06 April. I dialed the number that MRD Express called from, only to be told that there's no such courier service. SHOCKING!!!!

How can a courier service make arrangements with a customer and then not pitch or even not schedule??? Absolutely appalled.

Contact details of MRD Express or even a website does not exist.

Superbalist, get a new courier service. Purchasing from Superbalist for the first time and this is what I had to go through. Avid online shopper and never had this experience.
