superbalist & ConvergEx - bad service for returns
I received an email from Superbalist on 15 February 2016 at 09:24:23 to say that my refund had been processed <br> Superbalist mentioned in this email that I should expect a call from ConvergEx to confirm my collection and arrange courier<br> I have not received a call or any correspondence since. I am still waiting for the collection of the item being returned, and this is not the first time I have struggled and waited for correspondence from convergex
