SUPERBALIST COMPANY = *******. STOP BUYING NOW!!

Where do I even begin? Let me start by saying I loved Superbalist but the last 2 experience have left such a soar taste in my mouth that I feel they are a company that should be shut down because they are *****ing! Long story short they advertised a jeans at R274 which was a 50% promo item and when I get to the check out they charge me full price. What happened before with a purchase was I queried this before buying and when it was finally resolved the item was sold out. I took a screenshot of what it was and thought that it would be easy to get my refund back for the difference. Oh man, was I wrong. They are refusing to pay my money back and said that the promo hadn't started when I purchased?! SORRY KAREN?! Tell me how that is the clients fault? By the way it is a HUGE lie because the night before I had searched the item and didn't purchase it then and there because I was concerned about spending my money. So I decided to sleep on it. The next morning I searched the item again and there is was... How do you advertise something for a certain amount and then charge them a different amount at checkout?? They advertise 24/7 customer service/care?? Laughable. It has been 2 weeks and I am fighting with them still. They are refusing to give my money back still. How are they allowed to be operational? How many others are they doing this too and getting away with it?? *******! ****************. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK THOUGH. ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. TRUST ME!!
