Superbalist - cold & *********

I have bought from Superbalist many times over the last few years and have never had a bad experience... until now. They advertised a speed sale wherein you could buy one watch and get the cheapest one for free. When I tried to check out the discount was only R1,500 when I had 2 watches in my cart that were priced at over R2,000. I contacted Superbalist and their response was that there was an apparent cap of R1,500 on the price of second free watch. This condition was not clearly indicated and when I complained they offered me a promo for R899 to make up the difference for the value of my second watch... by the time this was given to me the speed sale was over and I was further out of pocket. The consultant I dealt with was cold and sarcastic. They didn’t even bother to get my name right! Their service is pathetic.
