Superbalist Charged Me Twice – No Refund Yet

I purchased items from Superbalist on 31 July 2025 which they reserved their amount . The same purchase amount was deducted again on 2 August 2025. I have sent proof to Superbalist every day since 3 August, but they keep saying the matter is with the finance department, and I still haven’t been refunded. My bank confirmed this is not their error. I want my refund as of now.
