Superbalist cancels order, still no refund

On the 13th of December I placed an order ( ********** ) which contained two items. I was, however, informed that only one item would arrive due to an inventory error on Superbalist's side. They told me that I would be refunded for the other. Since then I've spoken to many agents, giving me the same generic apologies and responses, but I've received no refund to date. I even requested that my Superbalist Wallet rather be redunded, but I was told by agents that it couldn't be done. It's been 3 weeks now and this is really unacceptable, especially because I wasn't even the one that cancelled the order.

All I want is my money refunded.
