After 40 minutes of phoning to no answer and being advised to try their help desk, whereby then asked ‘if I am not a robot’, literally if you do not have superhero vision you will not pass and after 15 minutes of answering to see if I was not a robot, and when I eventually passed, to tell me I had not filled the form in properly and I had to do the tiresome process again to fail again. I then find out my order has been cancelled. It was Black Friday but still, do not market if you do not have the capacity to. And those poor help desk assistants who get fired at, while the fat cats hide. And if you do order furniture, you better be an engineer and have all the right tools, as poor instructions to build and it took hours.
