Superbalist Black Friday orders

I have been a superbalist customer for a while and on Black Friday, I ordered a pair of jeans, 3 tishirts, a set of 2 pairs of of socks and a cap for my son. When the items were delivered, 1 t-shirt and the set of a pair of socks were missing from the packages. When I checked their website, thinking maybe the items were sold out and they returned my money as a voucher for the 2 items as they have done so previously, it showed that the items I ordered were all delivered. I have been doing a back and forth with them via e-mail and now am being asked if the issue was sorted, yet I am waiting for them to advise on how the issue will be resolved and am being referred to another e-mail address. They have lost a loyal customer to say the least
